There is the autotag[1] module.
Note: This is for very short term use - once the migrated content is
tagged, new content will be tagged manually. Also, ideally we want
something that uses a single 'tags' vocabulary instead of creating new
vocabularies for people, locations etc (ie, like OpenCalais does).
But you may want to use autotag[1] always.
