of the comment as answer only once. Can not change the selection after then.
Module custom_review: only one review can be submitted.
Module nodereview: For D6, only has development snapshot.
Nodereview is looking for a new maintainer as I don't have time to do
anything with it. If you want to help out I can give you CVS access.
(Really, I've been trying to get rid of that module for years.)
