Hmm, are you installing the plugin using "opkg" on both the Fonera and OpenWRT? Or are you trying to upload the ipk file through the Fonera webui? AFAIK that's expected not to work (but, coming to think of it, it might actually appear to work on a DEV firmware...).
In any case, the ipk files you linked look good, there are actual files in there. Gr. Matthijs
