Ciao don't know if it applies, but yahoo has recently changed their policy about flickr (and other yahoo service) so you couldn't authenticate with a non-yahoo account here more about this issue: https://www.flickr.com/help/forum/en-us/72157641974750055/
since july 22 is not possible anymore to login with a google accont or a facebook one. Hope it helps.
