Issues
* QTBUG-71953 tst_QNetworkReply::getFromHttp(success-external) failed, affects
all branches of qtbase and qt5 integration, blacklisted in 5.11 and merged to
5.12, merge to dev is on the way(qtbase dev perhaps is locked by this reason)
Integrations
* qt5 5.9/5.11/5.11.3/5.12/5.12.0 integrations are healthy
* qt5 dev integrations: qtbase didn't update for about three weeks, last qt5
dev submodule update without qtbase happened in two weeks ago

tests/auto/quick/dialogs/tst_dialogs crash on linux, a fix is integrating,
