Hi,Boost in the latest version (1.48 released on 15th November 2011 <http://www.boost.org/users/history/version_1_48_0.html>) added the Locale <http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_48_0/libs/locale/doc/html/index.html> library, which can provide ICU or non-ICU locale support.
