See 10ba1368d649e6e60f5580127ec0faa217b47cc8 in kdelibs. The ones I ifdefed out were in kjsembed. I don't know if that's what you meant when you said 'genereated code for bindings'? I didn't find any others while porting the rest of kdelibs or kdepimlibs so far.
