Hi, to make contributing to your favourite project(s) even easier, a gerrit plugin has been started (commits 88bc6df12f6e037bc5973b38a538b5748c25acc4, 2193915cca82693abd0cbe69670dfee14212b6bf to Qt Creator, master).
The git menu now features a 'Gerrit...' option which (after popping up the settings dialog asking you to enter your user name and the path to ssh in case it is not yet configured) brings up a dialog listing your changes and the changes waiting for your review. The "Diff", "Apply" buttons bring up a file dialog asking you for the repository (pre-set to a default value determined from the projects currently open) and then retrieve and display or apply the change. This removes the need to copy and paste the commands from the Web interface. It is also possible to add custom queries to the dialog. For example, "status:staged" shows the changes staged for the continuous integration system of the Qt project. Regards, Friedemann Known issues: Special characters will not be displayed correctly when using Qt 4 due to the deficiencies of the Json-parser. When compiled against Qt 5, the QtJson-classes will be used. -- Friedemann Kleint Qt Open Source Team _______________________________________________ Development mailing list [email protected] http://lists.qt-project.org/mailman/listinfo/development
