The Qt 5 (qtbase) port is functional now, but with some missing features such
as OpenGL. It compiles for x86 and x86-64. I have not tested ARM or Portable
Native Client.

According to the wikipedia article PNaCl will be released later this year at
which point Native Client will be enabled by default in Chrome.

Out of curiosity - what do you want to use it for? Any particular direction you
would like to see it developed?
