And on that note, another note about another conference. Please note that CppCon and C++Now are not the same conference. CppCon is aiming towards more entry-level C++ usage. I guess Charley wouldn't characterise it as a "tough crowd" :-)
---------- Forwarded message ---------- Subject: Recruiting Program Committee Members Date: segunda-feira, 2 de dezembro de 2013, 09:53:02 From: Jon Kalb <[email protected]> Para: [email protected] Dear Thiago, Thanks very much for serving on the CppCon Program Committee. We currently have over thirty members. I think that is great, but I feel like we need about twenty more members to be properly prepared for the submissions that we hope to see. I'm writing you in the hope that you can help with recruiting additional members. If you know of someone that would be qualified and willing, please ask them to send me an email. If you know someone that you think is qualified and you'd like me to reach out to them, please contact me yourself. If you can give me their contact information and an idea why you think they'd be valuable on the committee, then I'll contact them directly. I'm not shy about such things. Thanks again. Best regards, Jon Kalb [email protected] ----------------------------------- This letter about an invitation to join the program committee of CppCon2014 was sent to you by the EasyChair user Jon Kalb <[email protected]>.
