Every user of Qt under the LGPL must publish the version of Qt they used, REGARDLESS of whether they modified it or not. They have to publish it on their own servers. [..] Your sentence is correct as long as the user *ships* qt libs alongside his apps! If the application uses system libraries, then IMHO, is not his responsibility to provide the sources for Qt.
