You  might have noticed provisionings failing with "<nil>" messages etc. 
Further investigations will show you that command line tools are needed in 
macOS. We have a script for that, but we've had problems getting it in. That's 
our P0 currently. Until we get https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/212787/ 
in, and that merged (probably with a cherry-pick to make it faster) into 5.10 
and dev, you can expect to see the same message over and over again. So hitting 
restage in the CI won't help the situation.

On a second topic. The maintenance break you might have witnessed yesterday was 
us doing some infra changes. It was a controlled shutdown where we moved 
servers to other hardware to get more bandwidth to the CI in certain parts.
