Please take a look at the line which causes the link problem: QMetaEnum myEnum = QMetaEnum::fromType<MyLibrary::MyEnumClass>(); It happen only for combination: Q_NAMESPACE, Q_ENUM_NS(MyEnumClass), build under Windows.
