Qt WebAssembly is a new platform that is bringing Qt and Qt Quick apps

To better coordinate the platform tasks, I would like to nominate Morten
Sørvig as co maintainer.
Morten has already helped make the Qt WebAssembly platform into a more
viable option for Qt multi platform applications.
