IMO 6.0 is a rather special case in this regard, that anyhow will need quite 
some editorial work.

From the users point of view listening all changes from 6.0.0 onwards in 6.1.0 
is IMO easier to grasp and work with than following some 'all changes in 6.1.x' 
hint. It indeed means we have some text repetition, but does that cause any 
harm? 

The only downside is that editorial changes will need to be done twice, but 
well ...
