Or, at the very least, we > probably only want the edited highlights, From the users point of view listening all changes from 6.0.0 onwards in 6.1.0 is IMO easier to grasp and work with than following some 'all changes in 6.1.x' hint. It indeed means we have some text repetition, but does that cause any harm? The only downside is that editorial changes will need to be done twice, but well ...
