Hi all,

The list of discussion topics for the upcoming Qt Contributors Summit is
filling up nicely at https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Contributor_Summit_2025_-_Program -
thanks for that!

One bit of feedback from the last Qt CS in Würzburg was that many would have
liked to see more roadmap and direction setting at the event. This year we have
Qt World Summit right before Qt CS, and Maurice and I will wrap Qt WS up with a
roadmap presentation. So, if you are planning to join Qt CS and would like to
join that World Summit session on May 7th, please let Pedro know so that he can
allocate one of the (limited) Qt WS tickets to you.

We are also going to dive into some of the more significant and strategic
roadmap items during the Qt CS opening sessions.

I’d also like all of you to think about Qt CS as an opportunity to share with
the rest of us what you are planning to work on, esp (but not only!) if you are
maintaining one of the Qt modules. On the programme page above, you'll notice
that we want to try out lightning talks this year. So, if you have some ideas,
and esp if you’d like some help with those, put it up on the programme as a
lightning talk.

Of course, not all lightning talks have to be about plans and roadmaps, and
there is also room for more topics for the afternoon.

Hope to see many of you in Munich in May!

Volker
