For default assignee, it suffices to contact our Jira admins. For the transfer of Maintainership, see QUIP 2's section on Maintainers [0]. [0] https://contribute.qt-project.org/quips/2#maintainers In practice the usual process is that an existing Maintainer nominates the new co-maintainer or successor, so I suggest talking to Sean and Paul to have one of them nominate you - the other can second you, of course.
