It is available via Qt Customer Portal (https://login.qt.io/login): in Downloads, select Product: Qt and Version: 6.5.12. Also, the Qt for Python content is available via Qt Installer and Qt Customer Portal. Please note that Standard support for Qt 6.5 will end after April 3, 2026.
