Seeing how there’s no activity from Fawzi in the repository, esp now during Qt 6.12 header review discussions, Fabian and I have both unsuccessfully tried to contact him several times and on different channels since middle of June, with the last unsuccessful attempt on July 13th. Given the lack of activity and response, and following the process in our governance model [2], I believe that the it’s time to consider Fawzi to have retired from the role, and to nominate a new maintainer.
