I'm finding the top menubar on my NEO (containing the main menu and panel applications area) is occasionally disappearing: the middle area of the screen expands upwards -- and I can't find a way to get it back! It doesn't seem to happen consistently, but it does happen fairly frequently when I power-on the GSM antenna using the antenna icon in the upper right.
I'm I missing something in my understanding of the UI, or is this a bug I need to report?
