How could I connect Neo to internet using host pc?

I have configure usb0 on my pc as follows:

auto usb0
iface usb0 inet static
        address 192.168.0.200
        netmask 255.255.255.0
        network 192.168.0.0
        up iptables -A POSTROUTING -t nat -j MASQUERADE -s 192.168.0.0/24 &
        up echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward &
        up iptables -P FORWARD ACCEPT &
        down iptables -D POSTROUTING -t nat -j MASQUERADE -s 192.168.0.0/24 &

And at the same time I configured Neo interfaces as follow:
iface usb0 inet static
        address 192.168.0.202
        netmask 255.255.255.0
        network 192.168.0.0
        gateway 192.168.0.200
        up echo nameserver 192.168.0.200 >/etc/resolv.conf

Then what should I continue?
