Another thing that I am looking forward to, is support of more than the
English alphabet.
Is that a very low priority?

I often think that the features in this phone are put there because
someone thought it was a cute idea. It would be nice if the cute ideas
could be saved for later when the basics were solid.
People could then vote on whether the various cute features were worth
having or better still just configure their phone to remove them.
To me that particular feature is -very useful-. On my Nokia I use that
to find a contact to call or SMS with two to three clicks; under
Qtopia to find any contact requires scrolling through a long list
(much more than two taps!).
I agree with your general sentiment though.
