INFRA-6220 provided a public GitHub mirror for the BrowserMap module, allowing
the SVN committed code to be integrated with the Travis CI continuous
integration tool.
However a few changes need to be performed to complete the migration to the ASF
infrastructure:
* update the .travis.yml file to whitelist the trunk branch
* update the README.md file to remove the migration notice text
* deploy the BrowserMap demo pages on the devicemap-vm.a.o vm and update the
README.md file with the new location
