Remember, they did execute a DCMA takedown on the OpenDDR project last year. In 
was meritless and likely meant to clear the playing field of any alternative 
options.

Hello-hello,

I don't see a real reason on ranting about WURFL and the people behind the 
current business that is.
From what I know it was free and open source licensed until one point that they 
changed the license to a more restrictive one and turned the API into a 
business.
I'm guessing that was more of a business decision to monetize the amount of 
work that they put in the project.
