Hi,

Try as I may, can't figure out how to add to the Incubator Reporting
Wiki...

I think the report should say something like this :

*Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:*

- -> I think the most pressing issues have been addressed and
DeviceMapClient is ready for initial release, pending consensus on
release details and Release Manager.

*Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be
aware of?*

- -> None that I am aware of.

*How has the community developed since the last report?*

- -> Pretty quiet on the list, some informal chatter via Skype.

*How has the project developed since the last report?*

- -> OpenDDR Resource issue was conclusively resolved.
- -> Extensive testing (hundreds of iterations through full set and
various subsets of close to half a million unique user-agent strings)
of all version (java & .Net languages) currently in the repository
showed that DeviceMapClient is literally over a 1,000 times faster
than any other currently available tool (milliseconds vs microseconds)
with a fraction of the code. Accuracy (approaching 98%) can be
improved with n-gram tokens in resource data instead of regex-patterns.

I think this covers most if not all bases, but do correct me if I'm wrong.
