Right. Apache uses ezmlm to manage its mailing lists --
http://www.apache.org/foundation/mailinglists.html

These unsubscribe messages aren't using the proper technique for
unsubscribing from the list.

It would be good to add some unsubscribe information at
http://incubator.apache.org/devicemap/mailing-lists.html

Even with additional information, it's not unusual to get unsubscribe
messages like this.
