yes, we have data and we have the java api.

I last worked on changes so the java api can load the data directly from a jar 
in the class path. So all you need to do is include the data dependency in the 
pom. We also have the ability to load the data over URL too. I just need to 
clean up the api a bit so its clear how to use each loading method. Once its 
all cleaned up, it should be a very simple process to get this all up and 
running. I will email the final packages and build instructions to the group 
when its ready, hopefully this weekend.

Also happy to have a look at the java API. When I last checked Jenkins
those projects/maven modules currently in the build chain all build well.

What about the data articacts, I assume they also should be part of such
release?
