Quite correct.
Dean - a test version obtuse-smtpd-2.0-24 is in:
ftp://ftp.e-smith.org/pub/e-smith/contrib/GordonRowell/RPMS/i386
This one doesn't strip '{' and '}' It still marks them as "weird", but leaves
them alone. It is an incomplete solution as it really should keep state
of "in-string" and leave well enough alone.
Note: It is still quoting [ and ] as \[ and \] within the string, so
you may still have problems (depending on how the string is parsed at
the receiving end).
Let me know how you get on.
