Yes. I use Sophos on my E-Smith Server. As a so called Sweep-Service every night and
integrated in Amavis to scna all incoming emails. The clients are mostly WinNT4
computers.
Before I switched to E-Smith I had a WinNT Domain Server running and was able to
update all WInNT client computers automaticly every day which isn't longer possible
(or better I wasn't able to work it out in a samba environment).
The problem is, that Sophos asked to set up an 'Update Account' which should be able
to log on as a system service...
To have Sophos up to date between the major releases every month I use an update
script with cron form the Amavis package. Amavis is an Open Source tool to scan emails
with different commercial scanners which you have to buy.
