This will only work if you have a local DHCP server and local name server,
which will be true if you have an existing e-smith gateway and are testing
this on a second box.
Don't even think of doing this unless you have a high bandwidth connection.

NOTE: an upgrade will reinstall (and fetch everything) due to bizarreness in
the RedHat installer. If you just want the package fixes, grab the ones you
need and then upgrade them.
