Sorry Aaron, I responded to your first post quickly noting your external IP was not valid. You did not mention you were implementing routing entries manually to compensate in a test environment only. In any case, I don't think you are aware that access to e-smith-manager web admin is not permitted via the public interface. Follow the threads RE: [e-smith-devinfo] secure webadmin. You may access via a SSH tunnel only.
