Thanks for the pointer to Mindterm, Dan. Looks great and easy to implement.
I agree, this would be an awesome addition to the e-smith-manager interface.
Then this whole entire issue of Telnet/SSH access would go away.... Also,
you could run Taper and any other gui program from inside the
e-smith-manager.
