No, I can't.  I did a normal install, then went to the e-smith-manager and enabled 
webmail.  After that, http was no longer available.

After Gordon's help, I did a fresh install to make sure my CD wasn't bad.  Everything 
worked fine on the 2nd install

As Gordon points out, this indicates a corruption of that file. That's not 
good. Can you think of any reason that the file would be corrupted?
