(E-Smith w/ updates til .28 and netlogon rpm)
hi there,
iŽ ve set up E-Smith as a PDC, and i can get my file shares and printers as
well.
But if i try to log into E-Smith as a NT-Domain i get no connection. With our
old NT server i was used to set up a new Domain Log-On as user
"Administrator" so i tried using "root" at first .. but w/o success (no
domain avail.). Using user "admin" i got a Dr. Watson with a broken "rundll".
At all, i get no connection to my poor lil brand new E-Smith server.
Am i that wrong? In my opinion it has to do with netlogon, but i am not that
used with NT servers (yet). Just tried to replace our NT server with a better
one. I donŽ t need a Domain Log-On here, but one of our customers will
step over to Linux soon and iŽ ll get prepared. ;)
Anyone who can point me to the right direction/coffee machine/man page/FAQ?
