We haven't been able to track down exactly what is causing those messages.
It is occurring when a daily cron job updates a man page directory. I'm
sure that it is harmless. If you really want to get rid of the mail
messages, remove than "man" RPM:

rpm -e man

Otherwise, just ignore the messages.
