e-smith 4 upgrade

I have e-smith 4.0b3 based server. I wanted to upgrade it using upgrade option of 
e-smith 4.0 final.
No luck! 
I've got error message "no Linux partitions found"
RedHat 6.1 findsa my partitions without problems.

Any solution
