I've got several layers of IMAP mail folders... four levels deep is the
greatest I see right now. They look fine in Netscape Communicator 4.76.
(And I am, of course, retrieving the mail via IMAP from an e-smith
4.1.2 server.)
So I don't know what your problem is... but it works fine for me here.
