We can now officially pass the news on that e-smith, inc., has been

We are very excited about this new chapter in the e-smith story as it
offers the potential for further development resources and some very
cool integration features.
>From a development perspective, nothing really has changed. We still
have the same technical team. We are still creating an open source
server product with an open architecture that you all can enhance
and customize. The difference is that we are now part of a larger
organization with more resources and capabilities.
