Thanks Dan.  I finally was able to bind to the server via a http interface
(php).  I would like to add people to the LDAP that are not on the ESSG.  I
am trying to get a program called LDAP Admin to add users to the LDAP.  I
can search for names but I'm not able to add... go figure.

    No, it isn't encrypted.  It's just a random password, which looks like

might as well be encrypted.
