/etc/dhcpd.conf should have entries of the form:
host ted.sages.com.au {
hardware ethernet aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff;
fixed-address 192.168.1.5;
}
Check /var/log/messages and /etc/dhcpd.conf - double check the MAC address.
Anyway, this has strayed from development into technical support.
