Actually that is Stephen Noble's rpm, not mine.  Also I'm posting this to 
devinfo and bugs for all to check and report.

As a suggestion, I'd remove and reinstall the rpm after an SME5 upgrade:

rpm -e e-smith-procmail-0.1-2
rpm -ivh e-smith-procmail-0.1-2.noarch.rpm

Sorry but I've had no time to check this personally.
