Jason,
I received the same error yesterday and simply refreshed the browser a few
times and everything worked. Remember that blade is querying the Mitel site
for new packages. I'm just guessing, but I'll bet the admin page is simply
timing out when trying to query new blades. Maybe it's because everyone is
downloading SME5??? :o)

I have installed V5 and all went smoothly.... Like always...
