No, I haven't forgotten. I just don't see any need or justification for
delaying any further.

Actually, waiting for sourceforge is not "as soon as you can". You have
your own sites, and as always, we are very happy to provide contrib
directories for any SME server related source. Is there really any
advantage in waiting for sourceforge to be ready?
