I have released the following RPMs for testing/development. These just: - split the smb.conf templates into their own RPM - split 10globals into lots of separate fragments - remove the comments from the generated smb.conf (still in the templates) It should result in identical behaviour to the latest released e-smith-base. I will later release a version with all of the action scripts as well. pub/e-smith/contrib/GordonRowell/RPMS/noarch/e-smith-samba-1.1.0-03.noarch.rpm pub/e-smith/contrib/GordonRowell/SRPMS/e-smith-samba-1.1.0-03.src.rpm NOTE: You will need to use rpm -Uvh --force e-smith-samba-1.1.0-03.noarch.rpm as the existing e-smith-base provides the same template fragments. Next step is to start rolling in the proposed changes being gathered by Darrell. Some may be straight changes, and others may require config db options (see clientCodePage and serverString for examples).
