Well, 1120 AUD is not what I call FREE. Panda's is free as beer. > And the update works :) Maybe I didn't explained this well. The virus pattern database gets updated EVERY month. Yes I know, this is a lot of time at this time but is much better than nothing. The second problem is that you need to download the full package every month, not just the database. And third, it's not integrated with e-smith's mail system. It's a comercial quality product, it's just the comercial policy. If you want daily updates and all that just PAY for one of their products. With this one you don't need to buy anything. As an example, they have reached an agreement with a popular linux distro here in Spain to bundle it in their distribution. What I'm saying is, if you have the money go for Service Link, if you can't affoard such a step price, go for RAV, but if you don't want any of them, at least use this one as is free (no free trial, complete freeware even for comercial use). I hope you get the point. This is better than nothing. It's legal to do so and cheap :) Regards. --- Jaime Nebrera - [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Please report bugs to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] (only) to discuss security issues Support for registered customers and partners to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives by mail and http://www.mail-archive.com/devinfo%40lists.e-smith.org
