If you go to your nearest RedHat mirror, and grab the file kernel-enterprise-2.2.19-7.0.8.i686.rpm (from the 7.0 updates directory), then you will have a pre-built kernel which has the BIGMEM config option set, but which will match closely in other regards the standard SMEServer V5.0 kernel. I assume that this is what you need.
