Dan, I had the same here a few days ago, shortly after upgrading to SME 5. I was too busy with other things so I just restarted the browser to get access again for that moment. After your mail, I tried to reproduce the problem but I can't! Apparently it's not doing it ... at the moment. Tried with different browsers (IE 5.5, NS 6.1, Mozilla 0.9.5).
