What blade were you installing? I noticed this behavior with the jukebox blade, but it turned out that the fast system I was on had already installed the jukebox blade before 8 seconds was up. When I manually hit refresh it was all done. Now on a s-l-o-w system, I have personally watched the page update. (And it is great to see some feedback during that process... kudos to our development team.)
