Scott, please do give us a bit of a break on this one... the company that you had become a partner with (e-smith, inc.) ceased to exist and we all became part of a different company (Mitel Networks Corporation). We had *no legal choice* except to change partner contracts. There was no other option.
I understand that you did not like the terms of the new contract, and that was your choice. Others were okay with the change and continued to be partners. More partners are signing up everyday. We *do* honor those contracts and will continue to do so. Now, can we end the business discussion and turn the list back to development please?
