After an upgrade from 4.0 to 4.1.2, we are now seeing the following error, but not all the time. It seems to be only happening (in our case) from a web server feedback form email.
Feb 3 21:36:24 gw1 smtpfwdd[32557]: Sendmail exited abnormally (status 25600) - message not forwarded.
